my husband and I love these pans, nothing sticks to them and they look great.
About a year and a half ago I saw a granitestone commercial, I had to have them. Now everything I try to cook sticks to the surface. I loved them at first. They advertise that nothing sticks or these things can't be scratched which is definitely not true.
I bought these knives a couple of yrs ago. Within the 3 months of use, they got dull. That coating doesn't last either.
I was hoping this would be the knife set but not. Need to stop promising what you can't actually deliver.☹️
You lied to me about cost of chopper and falsely charged me hundreds of dollars more than represented in outlandish offering / recording after I simply wanted to by granite knives
Months later and havnt received my first purchase and can’t get any help or answers of why or when
Ordered the 6 piece knife set and was very disappointed. They are not sharp even after sharpening them I can’t even cut through a potato skin. Forget about cutting a steak
Bought this as it’s advertised as being a rice and vegetable steamer.
The steamer tray is so small it is useless and if you leave the rice on warm to long the rice burns on the bottom. Do not buy!
I purchased the Granitestone 20 piece kitchen set in blue. I hand washed everything with Dawn soap and a sponge when I took items out of the box. The finish on many of the pots and pans and baking sheet after first use and second hand wash has peeled/chipped off. The items seem to cook and bake ok, although food often sticks to the pans when cooking even though they are “non stick” pans. I’m disappointed about the peeling/chipping of the blue finish.
The product works great as long as I don't do something stupid and mess up the stone. I'm on my 3rd stone. ALL my fault. GOT TO BE MORE CAREFUL.
The frying pan was exactly what I wanted.
Have used less than 6 times and this time the on off switch won't work. Will not start. I should have known better with a 30 day warranty. Will never buy a Grantiestone product again. Shameful. Let me guess...Made in China?

My husband LOVES gourmet pizza so I bought him this. To say he’s obsessed is an understatement. Our freezer is now full of frozen pizza dough and we have basil plants adorning our window sills for his homemade pizzas. Our pizzas turn out amazing. We have completely stopped buying any take out pizza!! When our guests come over they rave about it. I am so pleased with this purchase!
My glss bowl cracked while it was cooking, I have been looking for a replacement bowl for months and can't find one.
Bought this set for my grandson new apartment. He hasn't gotten back to me yet.
I use it in our camper and love it! It works so fast we can come in in the evening and fix something really quick. Love it

i brought this rice robot and it don't work i push the cook sign but it goes back to warm it won't cook so i just waste $40.00 the company don't won't to be bothered send me all over the world so this is sad don't buy .

My Piezano came non-functional. There is NO customer service number anywhere, in the literature or online. Your only option was to use this chat feature, but don't do that it worthless. They have some auto replys but NO human responding to the chat messages. It was a complete waste of my time. the product sounds interesting, but it would be nice to have a working model or a customer service person to help troubleshoot.

I received this pan as a gift for Christmas in 2023 but within just a few uses it warped pretty badly. So unfortunate, I had already thrown away my old pan that atleast heated evenly. Would love to get a replacement but definitely not if it's going to do the same thing.
