I purchased my granite stone cookware set in 2023. At first it worked great now it’s 2026 and the bottoms are worn out and Food does stick to the bottom of the pot. I’m very disappointed. I was going to see if they would sell different parts of the cook. I saw the reviews and I realized I’m not the only one with this problem.
Undisclosed potential toxins used. I requested a return that is still pending more than 2 weeks later with no response. Untrustworthy company.
They’re great when they’re brand new.
But then you take your fingernail and lightly rub against the bottom after about four months, it peels!!!
. I’m not eating that black stuff.!!!
What a shame because they cook beautifully.
Why do you have 10 year warranty on the box?

👉🏽 90 day return policy, and just keep returning them, & get new ones. Because they don’t last very much past 90 days with daily usage
….and dealing with GRANITESTONE Customer Service is horrendous.
Where is the ability to come here TO REGISTER THEM???

The paperwork inside the box has a code to scan, and that site is dead.

I bought one (Amazon) for my wife this Christmas, got it and did not function correctly! Heating came on for 10 seconds at a time every 4-5 minutes, with no fan!!!! Replacement ordered and received. SAME THING!!!!!!! Refunding this, will NOT try a 3rd time!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY THIS. I do not expect any response from a representative either…
Got it and had to return it it was broke and still waiting on refund or a replacement
I just purchased my granite stone pans. I have had them for less than a week and they’re already getting a scratch and chip in them. I thought it was better material. I guess it is a cheap pan. Don’t waste your money.
It does not work it turns on then off it doesn’t stay on long enough to cook anything
I placed my order December 6 and I have yet to receive it. It appears to be stuck at Grove, Ohio.
I have been thinking about getting a air fryer and I saw this one on television. I was very excited about it and couldn't wait to review it. Much to my just me and disappointment the reviews regarding the glass bowl have stopped me from wanting to purchase one I'm so very disappointed that they are not standing behind their product! Very disappointed.
These pans are beautiful, I’ll give them that. Pretty much my dream set if I had ever tried to dream up what I would consider to be a dream set. But while unboxing them I was heartbroken to discover that two of the pots already had chips out of the coating along the rims. That didn’t give me a lot of confidence in the product. So we repackaged and boxed them back up that same day, as sad as I was to give them up. Now, nearly a month later, still waiting to hear from their returns customer service on a decision about my return and refund request.
The Low switch stopped working!
The plastic trigger that initiates the air fryer when you drop the handle broke after a few months rendering the air fryer useless which is extremely disappointing considering how expensive it is I feel like it's a complete rip off
My glss bowl cracked while it was cooking, I have been looking for a replacement bowl for months and can't find one.
my husband and I love these pans, nothing sticks to them and they look great.
About a year and a half ago I saw a granitestone commercial, I had to have them. Now everything I try to cook sticks to the surface. I loved them at first. They advertise that nothing sticks or these things can't be scratched which is definitely not true.
I bought these knives a couple of yrs ago. Within the 3 months of use, they got dull. That coating doesn't last either.
I was hoping this would be the knife set but not. Need to stop promising what you can't actually deliver.☹️
You lied to me about cost of chopper and falsely charged me hundreds of dollars more than represented in outlandish offering / recording after I simply wanted to by granite knives

Ordered the 6 piece knife set and was very disappointed. They are not sharp even after sharpening them I can’t even cut through a potato skin. Forget about cutting a steak
Awesome grilled about 20 drum sticks all was done top rack was crisper but all was done
Only worked a couple times. They really need to work on the suction to the counter. Total waste of money. Threw it in the trash day after only working twice. Also, the handle falls off.
My pot low setting stopped working and on the instruction manual it says 5year warranty .Where is the telephone number so I can call someone. Come on GraniteStone do better because I love this pot.
This whole set is flimsy, burns food quickly. I do however like the baking pans.
I had ordered this from Bed Bath and Beyond - and 2 times it came without a cover - so be careful to order it from the granitestone site if you want the cover. However, we are ditching the pan because it is high in the middle and low on the sides, so any oil goes to the sides so cooking is not consistent and constant stirring is required to re-distribute the oil. But if you want to minimize the oil absorbed by the food, this may be the pan for you.
