my husband and I love these pans, nothing sticks to them and they look great.
About a year and a half ago I saw a granitestone commercial, I had to have them. Now everything I try to cook sticks to the surface. I loved them at first. They advertise that nothing sticks or these things can't be scratched which is definitely not true.
I bought these knives a couple of yrs ago. Within the 3 months of use, they got dull. That coating doesn't last either.
I was hoping this would be the knife set but not. Need to stop promising what you can't actually deliver.☹️
You lied to me about cost of chopper and falsely charged me hundreds of dollars more than represented in outlandish offering / recording after I simply wanted to by granite knives
Months later and havnt received my first purchase and can’t get any help or answers of why or when
Ordered the 6 piece knife set and was very disappointed. They are not sharp even after sharpening them I can’t even cut through a potato skin. Forget about cutting a steak
Only had one week. They are what I expected. My Granitestone pots are very good. I had them for years. If the steak knives are as good as the pots, it will be great. Cuts great, cleans easy. No stains on knife like my old Mr. Cook.
Asked them to cancel this order. No they didn’t. Asked for return label no they didn’t.
I have not had the opportunity to use them yet. But, I'm sure they will be to my liking.

I bought the rice robot and it won’t light the cook light up so does not cook!! And I can’t take it back!
My new pan is a perfect size and has a see-through lid. I’m looking forward to using it soon.

Love this medium skillet as much as the smaller one. They never stick and a breeze to clean.
I was optimistic with my purchase, but when I opened the box and saw that the build quality of the product was rather cheap. I became very skeptical. I spent the time and followed all the directions for first time such as hand washing all items. Went to cook this morning and eggs, completely stuck to the frying pan. What a joke.. needless to say this is going to be returned. Don’t make a product or claim that you can’t back. Useless cookware.
Fast cooking and easy to store. I'll give it an A+ rating.
Lid was broken no foam inside
Inside of the pots which I never used metal utensils in only plastic, finish is worn off. Very disappointed in this product. Loved the stackable space saving but that is about it.
Food sticks
Your cooker only has two very hot temperatures and needs a heat setting for cooking eggs. I purchased the unit thinking I could fry eggs but the unit is way too hot for slower cooking. I’ve purchased two units for my two homes and probably won’t use them because of over heating.
I’ve had these pans less than six months and the turned an ugly rust color. They look terrible and everything sticks to the pans. This is pathetic. These pans were not made very well. I wasted my money but I will be contacting corporate.
I ordered this pan alontpg with a fry pay. Fry pan arrived in fine condition this sauté pan arrived with a dent and the lid does not fit right. Sent an email. Granitestone asks for a picture. I sent a picture. No response. Followed up with 2 more emails finally a response saying they are trying to figure out what to do. Pretty simple, actually. Send return direction and then send me a pan that is not dented.
Just not acceptable customer service.
