My husband bought 8” frying pan for my son. He loves the pan but it definitely isn’t resistant to scratches. Concerned about the scratches and potential danger. I wanted to toss it out however my husband passed away a week ago and my son doesn’t want to part with it. Perhaps I can just replace it?
It came fast but started sticking almost immediately. They replaced it but the second one started sticking almost immediately too. A giant waste of money don't bother with this.
Excellent product and I don’t have to worry about getting sick from coating on the pan. There is no Teflon type stuff on it.
Love them .they are quick to heat and extremely easy to clean.
This set is my go-to cookware! The 9.5" pan beats all my other non-stick pans (and if things start to stick, a baking soda paste on a sponge makes it like new). The egg pan is perfect!
As for customer service, when I first got this set and had some problems (before I seasoned it), customer service refused to acknowledge me as a customer even after I sent my receipt and a copy of my registration. Continued to say they had no record of my purchase or registration.
So the cookware is great. Customer service stinks.
