WORST ITEM I EVER BOUGHT. WORST!!!

Pan arrived not properly packed. The handle of the pan was sticking out of the box. The pan was warped and the lid did not fit. I tried to request a replacement but it went nowhere! I had to throw out the pan AND I paid for the pan too boot!!!!!

A skillet that's also a wok.

The pan is heavy and needs two hands or a hand on each handle to hold. It also overflows the large burner on my electric stove so I have to be sure it's centered throughout the sauteing process. However, its uses are many and varied. I would recommend it for saute, fry, or wok recipes that require a large, deep pan surface. Granitestone also cleans up easily and thoroughly.
