Piezano Replacement Pizza Stone

I need a replacement stone for Piezano. The first one I received had handle screws that did not allow the stone to sit properly in the unit. The original had flat head screws make it fit perfectly. After complaining I receive another replacement stone. It was the same as the first replacement. Didn't fit. And then, you guessed it ...same story with the third replacement stone. Getting rid of the Piezano.

The stone does not fit ! I am calling customer service tomorrow to see how to return the stone .

Everything shows like it was delivered, but I never received my order

My replacement Granitestone ceramic pizza stone for my Piezano oven did not fit like the original that came with the oven. It looked slightly different and would not fit down into the channel in the oven that holds the stone. Not happy about that for what the stone cost.
