This was an abomination!!! Granitestone family is who I purchased from on November the 28th at which time I paid in full. They lost two shipments to me and blamed UPS . Then they sent , supposedly a third shipment out and didn't send me verification or a tracking number. I was in contact with a customer support lady in so. Carolina named Tina . She was very nice and said her mgr. said would expedite and send out on the 19th however I have no info or tracking number nor have I received it as of this date! I have never received such treatment from granitestone and love their product but Granitestone family seems to be a different division and no one can track it in your other divisions I have been trying to contact by phone for three days and only get .. No customer care representatives are available at this time . At this time ??? 3 days before Christmas . I have been calls from 5:30 am to 7:00 at night and all it says is leave a message and your phone number and email... which I have 8 times! No return anything till I got your text. Where is by stuff and if it still doesn't come I want my money back!!! I guess just have been taken . I hope no one else has this experience with Granitestone co. Please advise!!!
