I’ve bought several of these now for myself, family members and as gifts. Love them. Large enough that you can space the food out, browns perfectly without burning, super easy clean up.
I returned the pans because the heat induction was not on the bottom of the pans. I bought the same pan at Costco and loved it. These pans did not have the better bottom with the heat induction. I was very disheartened when I received them and wanted the same pan I had purchased beforehand at Costco
I just started using this pan, and so far I love it! I have a few other Granitestone pans, because I have been trying to cook with a lot less or even NO oils or butter. This pan holds a lot of pancakes, more than the square griddle. I will continue to purchase from Granitestone in the future.
I loved it at first. It really does clean easier than any pan I've ever owned. But within about 6 months I noticed that center of the pan bulges higher, such that all the oil pools around the edges, leaving nothing for the center of the pan. This makes cooking with it difficult. Overtime the problem just continues to get worse and worse. And now, 21 months later, I am looking to buy a new pan. I'd like for my cookware to last longer than this.
