Over a month ago, submitted request to to return...I keep getting the run around!!!

Love the pan, but when lid goes on water and steam get all over everything. Always spraying or sort of boiling out, no matter how low heat is, big mess to clean.

Item never arrived

Hard to review an item I never received. Customer service has not been helpful. 20 days to respond to a complaint. Just want my money back, but doubt that will happen.
