Had a broken lid when received they want order number pictures which I sent picture receipt I ordered from their site online

Was a little disappointed with the cookware s it cannot go in the oven because of the handles. Also I was expecting the granite finish that I had received with the Blue Granitestone cookware that I purchased about a year ago that I love. I was trying to fill in some pieces that I didn't have but since I can't bake or roast with these, I will have to just make due with what I have.
