Where is my stuff

Ordered for my new home on July 27th, was supposed to arrive by Aug 4th, no updated time still and it is Aug 9th.. I can’t put in a cancellation/inquiry until the 19th.. I was so press for this pot/pan set and I’m literally crying because I still do not have it and I don’t want to go buy regular ones but it looks like I have to being as though I can’t cook any food!!

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. I received my set and one of the lids was broken. I reached out to customer service and did everything they asked of me including pictures of the broken lid. I have received nothing. I've reached out several times regarding the lid and no response. It's unfortunate because the rest of the pots are nice but the customer service is not supportive.
